1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Somos-Fit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Somos-Fit is provided for personal fitness tracking and coaching. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

3. Trainer & Student Roles

Accounts may be assigned a trainer or student role as part of a coached program. Trainers may view the workout and progress data of students assigned to them.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing

Subscriptions and purchases are billed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Disclaimer

Somos-Fit is a tracking and coaching tool, not a medical device or professional health service. Consult a professional before starting any new exercise program.

6. Limitation of Liability

Somos-Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vimedev is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
