By accessing vimedev.com or engaging Vimedev for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Vimedev provides web and mobile development services, including SPA builds, Wix template design, e-commerce storefronts, and brand/motion work, as described on our Services pages. Specific scope, pricing, and timeline are confirmed per project in a separate written agreement or quote.
Published prices on this site are starting estimates and may vary based on project scope. Deposits and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins and detailed in your project quote.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered work product, excluding any third-party libraries, frameworks, or licensed assets, which remain subject to their own licenses. Vimedev retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project, and for ensuring any content they supply does not infringe third-party rights.
Vimedev's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed to date. Vimedev reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, reflecting Vimedev's base of operations in Miami while serving clients across LATAM.
We may revise these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
